1. What is an ambigram?

• Ambigrams are lettering designs that can be read from multiple orientations, usually right-side up and upside down, as either the same word (symmetric) or as two different words (asymmetric). For example, the word “suns” is a natural symmetric ambigram and “WOW/MOM” is a natural asymmetric ambigram.

2. What is Write Words – Make Magic?

• Write Words – Make Magic is my ambigram company that encompasses all ambigram-related work that I do from social media to NFTs to merchandise.

3. What is a WWMM Ambigram NFT?

• A WWMM Ambigram NFT is a digital asset representing either a photo or video of an ambigram design for a specific word/phrase created by Write Words – Make Magic.
• The NFT will be minted on an appropriate blockchain, and every effort will be taken to verify the WWMM collections on all NFT marketplaces to deter copycats.

4. Quality Levels for WWMM Ambigram NFTs

• TurboSketch
  • Rough concept of how the ambigram will look. May contain significant readability or aesthetic issues.
  • May have 1/1 (signature) and 1/many versions (non-signature)
• Sketch
  • Many of the readability and aesthetic issues will be solved in the sketch. There will be no extra design elements outside of the lettering and it will generally be a solid color on a solid background. May still have minor aesthetic or readability issues.
  • May have 1/1 (signature) and 1/many versions (non-signature)
• Perfected Design
  • Considered to be the perfect representation of that word/phrase as an ambigram. Will always be minted as 1/1 Signature NFTs.
• Signature vs Non-Signature
  • Signature designs contain my “Robert” signature and any other artist signatures that have collaborated on that design. Signature NFTs are always minted as 1/1s.
  • Non-signature designs do not contain any signature and may be minted as 1/many.
  • Each quality level may have a signature design for each word.

6. My commitment to WWMM Ambigram NFT scarcity

• Once an WWMM Ambigram NFT is minted, Write Words – Make Magic will never create another NFT with the same word/phrase at the same quality level (see section IV).
  • Exceptions:
    • If I have developed a new way to create the design that I feel is significantly better, in which case the new version/s will be airdropped to the current owner/s of the previous version at no cost to them.
    • If I have decided to move NFTs from one blockchain to another, I will make every effort possible to gift the NFTs on the new blockchain to the snapshotted owner of that NFT on the previous blockchain.
